Trioova's platform makes sure that the booked service was carried out. This is achieved thanks to a two-way confirmation system. This can only happen once you have booked an appointment, selected your payment information and the appointment has been confirmed by the provider. After the appointment takes place, the payment will go through.
If the appointment did not happen, then you will not be charged.
