Once you have found and connected with the care manager:
- Go to the "Care Circles" section
- Click on the Provider you wish to book an appointment with. This will take you to their profile.
- Click on "Request to Book" (This will open a "Request to Book" window)
- Choose one of the listed services, your preferred time, enter your phone number. If you have any other information you'd like to share, you can type it in the "Notes" section (to help the provider understand the situation prior interaction). Remember to fill out all the fields.
- Type in your payment information and click on "Book Appointment" You will not be charged until after the appointment has been completed.
- You should be notified of your Appointment request being sent.
Trioova's platform will keep track of your booking, times, and dates. You can review your appointments in your marketplace under "My Appointments".
If you do not fill out all appointment fields, your appointment will not send.
Keep track of your appointments in the "marketplace" section under "my appointments". The Provider you are trying to book with may send you a message to confirm the time and fine-tune the appointment details. Keep track of this in the "messaging" section.
