To set up an account as a Provider with Trioova you need to:
- Access Trioova's platform
- Click on the "Sign up now!"
- Type your desired Username, Your First and Last name, and your Email
- Make sure to select the "Health Care Professional" button
- You should be directed to Stripe's platform (Stripe is the system we use to process payments) where you will be asked to verify your email and type in your Phone number
- Once you proceed with the next step, you will be sent a 6 digit code. Type it in the space provided (you can ask for the code to be resent)
- Once have entered the verification code sent to your mobile phone, we need you to share some of your details with us. Please type in your Date of Birth, Address, Transit and Institution Number, and your Account number
- You will be redirected back to Trioova where you will have to type create a password to complete the sign-up process.
- Once you click on the "finish registration" You will be prompted with a window indicating your registration process is done and you should receive an email to corroborate the email you provided
- Click on the button above, or in your email.
- You will also receive a mail from Stripe (the platform we use to manage payments). Please, confirm your email there as well. After confirming it, you will receive a 6 digit code to your phone. Similar to the one described in step number 6.
This will complete your Sign-up process. Now, we will need to verify your information (to make sure we can always promise our users a safe and secure platform). Proceed to Verification Process And Requirements.
