If you need to change an appointment, you can contact your provider about rescheduling. You will need to cancel and rebook the appointment on your account.
To change your appointments:
- Make sure that the appointment you want to change is confirmed by your provider (Learn more about Booking And Paying for Appointments)
- Go to the section
- Find the provider you wish to talk to and send a message about the change. (To learn about How to send messages, click here)
- You will then need to cancel and rebook your appointment
Be sure to always be clear with your Provider about times and details regarding the appointment.
