Once you have booked an appointment with a Provider, you have the option to cancel at any time before it takes place.

To cancel an appointment:
- Go to the Marketplace section
- Then go to My Appointments section
- Choose the appointment you wish to cancel
- Then click "cancel"
- The "Appointment Status Update" window should be prompted
We recommend that you talk with your Provider if you would like to reschedule your appointment.
