Teams help you organize and communicate with a group of providers or other patients/caregivers.
To create a new Team:
- Go to "Care Circles"
- Click on "Add Team"
- The "Create a team" window should be prompted
- Name your team
- Add members to it by clicking next to "Add contacts from your Circle of Care:" and choosing from your Care Circle list
Once you create a team, you will be able to message all of your team members in the same chat. This helps with keeping a certain group of people informed about important matters that might be related to other members of the same team (learn more about sending messages here)
