Sometimes it is necessary to cancel an appointment due to circumstances outside of your own control. Trioova helps you cancel any prior agreed appointments with ease. Although, we highly recommend that you talk to your Patient/Caregiver and explaining the reason for this before cancelling an appointment.
For a Provider to cancel an appointment:
- Go to the "Marketplace" section
- Click on My Appointments
- Click on the desired appointment
- You will be directed to the Appointment Information
Send a message to that Patient/Caregiver to discuss the details of why the appointment needs to be cancelled (learn more about How To Send A Message)
Once you have talked and explained to the Patient/Caregiver why you are cancelling the appointment, click on the "cancel" button
Payment will not be sent and the appointment is cancelled at this point.
