1.) Ensure you have set up video services.
If you have not set up video services or you are not sure, just click here to read the how to.
2.) Once video sessions are set up in your service type, instruct your client to visit your profile and book the video session.
3.) Once a client sends you a request for an appointment, you will receive an email notification.
4.) Click the "marketplace" section.
You will find two tabs at the top of the app or to the left of the desktop version. Click "my appointments", here you will see any pending requests for appointments noted by a clock symbol.
Click the appointment you would like to accept.
5.) Click "Confirm", a box will appear asking you to set the date, start time, end date, end time.
Set the date and time for the specific appointment, if you are unsure of the client's exact availability feel free to use messaging to connect with the client, or call them with the phone number they provided in the appointment request.
Once you set the date and time, if it is video based you can leave the address blank.
NOTE: In this "address" section, you can enter additional details for claims purposes such as your business address, registration number with your college if the client needs to claim the receipt with insurance outside of Trioova.
6.) Your client will receive notifications and an email indicating the date, time of the appointment.
7.) At 15 minutes prior to the appointment, your client will receive a notification and email to let them know the appointment is about to begin.
The client can then go to the app or desktop version of Trioova, go to the appointments tab and click the video button when it turns from blue to green. Your client can enter the video session 15 minutes before you arrive, allowing the client to wait in the virtual waiting room. When you are ready, go to the appointments tab and click the green video icon to start the session.
8.) Once the session is complete, click the red hang up button on the bottom of the screen.
9.) You will be prompted to choose "service rendered" or "do not charge". Choose "service rendered" to charge the client for the appointment and confirm it occurred.
If the client did not show up for the appointment, you can charge for the session still, or choose "do not charge".
